We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may change. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy below: 

Deposit Amount 

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Cancellations Made Prior to Arrival

If you need to cancel your booking before your arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. While the deposit remains non-refundable, we will do our best to:

• Offer a refund (if applicable).
• Reschedule your booking to a future date or month of your choice.​​

Cancellations Upon Arrival
