Abhishek Rawat is a dedicated yoga instructor and therapist with a decade of experience, deeply rooted in the spiritual heritage of Rishikesh, India. Growing up amidst the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, Abhishek developed a profound connection with yoga from an early age.

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Yoga Sciences, Abhishek pursued advanced studies, earning a Master's degree in Yoga Sciences and Yoga Therapy from Rishikesh University. This academic journey equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of yoga's therapeutic applications and holistic wellness.

With a passion for teaching, Abhishek has guided students from various backgrounds, sharing his expertise in Ashtanga, Hatha, Alignment, and Pranayama techniques. Shivam Singh Chauhan (Mishra Ji)

Shivam Singh Chauhan, fondly known as Mishra Ji, is a highly skilled and dedicated yoga instructor from Dehradun, with a specialization in Iyengar Yoga and alignment techniques. His educational journey began with a Yoga Diploma in 2016, followed by a BA in Yoga and Psychology in 2017, and a diploma in Ayurveda. Most recently, Shivam completed his Master’s in Yoga (2020-2022), which deepened his understanding of the discipline.

With over six years of teaching experience, Shivam’s classes are rooted in precision and mindfulness, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment and technique. His expertise in Iyengar Yoga allows him to focus on postural correction and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, making his classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
